A Communication Agent is a person who wants to bring about change and who does so by taking full advantage of the publishing, networking and communication opportunities offered by sound guidance, team support and state-of-the-art Internet-based new media technologies and tools.
The new media technologies and tools that can are making this revolutionary communication leap possible include software CMS (content management systems), weblogs, wikis, social networking facilities, group collaboration and live presentation tools, reputation systems as well as hardware peripherals as digital cameras, webcams, audio recording tools and mobile phones.

Early cancer research proved that less oxygen causes cancer. Some internal combustion engines can use hundreds of times more oxygen than a person breathes. Furthermore, the person only uses a portion of the oxygen and expels most back into the air.

I think that a communication agent is somebody who wishes to express a view point that is comprehensible and usable by a particular focused target audience.There are principally two types of communication agents, The first group can be classified as the transferer's of information.These are the group of people who simply pass on information in the form they should be.The information transmitted is simply undisturbed un- decoded and carrying a meaning that is understood in different context by a defined set of target audience.The second group of agents can be categorised into the active moderation agents, who code information, integrate this information decode the information within themselves, repackage such information and re-arrange the information to suite the context and comprehension of a particular audience taking cognisance of the segments within the particular audience setting.Indeed such an agent ensures that the key ingredients of the information disseminated to his/her audience holds the same meaning as per intended
