Cost Considerations

Robin, is this a fair cost?

Here are some benefit considerations to make before taking your decision. To critically evaluate the committment of my proposition please consider the following benefits and savings that you are going to have:

1) No support calls.
As I have explained to you, there will be multiple ways for you to get support if you ever needed, and none will involve extra costs outside of the one of being connected to the Internet. Forums, email support and live one-one meetings with me are all part of your basic rate.

2) Peace of mind.
I will save you days if not weeks of research and testing as I explore before you the tools and techniques that work most effectively. You will be always using state-of-the-art technology to publish, maintain and extend your communication effectiveness while I will be doing the hard work of filtering and selecting what really works best.

3) Typical Base Costs For Publishing Online
Add to the above the costs all of those items that you would have to pay for anyway, just to have your own public Web space working online in a decent way:
Page design
Basic info architecture (basic identification of categories and labels, tagline, site title, etc.)
Hosting
Domain Registration
Setup
Backups, etc.
Training to maintain it.

Tye marketplace yearly costs for services the set of services listed above costs normally no less than USD $ 1500-2000.

So if you add up points one, two and three you can see that the value being offered to you is very consistent. If you can imagine the value as being provided by one unique, skilled professional working you, this value can’t be less than $ 300-500/month, especially if you are dealing with a professional Web site with lots of content.

In a smaller Web site, this may only amount to $150 to $ 200 but without getting much of what I offer at points 1) and 2).

On a rapid calculation this comes to be as about $ 1800/year for a very basic setup.
